A note from Marat Basyrov, founder.
Xlooop is operator-built — designed, written, and run in production by someone who has spent the last 18+ months operating governed AI work for real, on a multi-agent system that grew into the product you’re reading about.

If you’re reading this, you’re considering whether Xlooop should sit in the middle of your customer-facing AI work. That’s a high-trust ask. So here’s the operator posture, written plainly.
I’ve been operating in enterprise software delivery since December 2011, building and leading a Sydney + Melbourne-based consulting practice (Intelligent Profit Solutions; Adevi.io tech innovation lead, 2011–2022) across 130+ enterprise engagements (A$50K – A$2M ACV) before launching Xlooop. As Director – Product, Delivery & Solutions, I led enterprise consulting, pre-sales, solutions architecture, and offshore-team orchestration with Australia-based delivery leadership across health, financial services, public-sector, and regulated-industry deliveries.
The technical idea that became Xlooop — letting multiple specialists work safely on the same codebase, with every contribution traceable — took shape across that 14-year window. The patent on it was filed in 2018 from Australian priority and granted in the US on March 14, 2023 as US 11,604,641 (read the granted patent on Google Patents), with the European decision due October 2026. Adevi IP Holding Company Pty Ltd holds the patent; ADEVI Pty Ltd (trading as Xlooop) is the operating company. For the past 18+ months I’ve been running Xlooop’s own delivery on the same operating model it sells — multi-agent collaboration with a full record of who did what — in real governance work, not lab demos. That’s the operator track record behind the product.
I built Xlooop because the firms I worked with kept hitting the same wall: AI velocity arrived faster than evidence. The partner couldn’t answer "what did your AI do for my client this quarter?" The insurer wouldn’t accept "we use AI carefully" at PI renewal. The regulator wanted methodology, not screenshots. The customer wanted a record they could read.
Xlooop is the layer that closes that gap. Six specialist agents greet your firm on day one. Additional specialists join as your work calls for them. Everything is governed, hash-chained, region-bound, and sterile by default.
If that posture matches the way you want to run your firm, run the readiness check below. If it doesn’t, reach out via LinkedIn — linkedin.com/in/maratbasyrov — and we’ll talk about whether there’s a better fit somewhere else.

The personal-life operations ecosystem that grew into Xlooop.
Before Xlooop became a product, it was the system I built to govern my own life — managing personal and corporate domains under one operating layer. 18+ months of using it under real-world pressure, across 100+ architecture iterations, gave me a tested operating model. Customers now inherit a working system, not a green-field idea.
specific architectural detail available under NDA at the investor / partner conversation stage.
Four commitments — every customer, every release.
Operator-first
Every feature passes a "would I bet a paying customer on this tomorrow?" test before it ships. No demo-only features. No vanity surface area.
Sterile by default
Zero connectors enabled at provisioning. Every data source explicitly approved. Teardown leaves no trace.
Audit-grade is structural
Provenance, not transparency reports. Every AI output traces back to the request that started it — through hash-chained ledger, not a "trust us" page.
Region-bound
AU edge for AU customers. EU for EU. UK for UK. US for US. We don’t arbitrage residency to win deals.
Three doors. Same destination: a firm whose AI work is provable.
